User Management

You can manage the users who have access to your account and manage the type of permissions each user should have.

Adding a User

To add a new user to your account:

  1. Navigate to the Account page.
  2. In the sidebar, select User Management.
  3. Click on the Invite button.
  4. In the Email field, type the email of the new user.
  5. Click on the Arrow button.
  6. In the Role dropdown, select the type of permission for this user.
  7. Click on Apply.

Once created, the new user should appear in the list of users. The new user will receive an invitation email from IO River to join your account. Please note that the email invitation is valid for 24 hours. If the invitation expires, you can re-invite the user.

Reset User Password

To reset a password for an existing user:

  1. Navigate to the Account page.
  2. In the sidebar, select User Management.
  3. Find the user you wish to reset the password for, and click the Options dropdown next to their name.
  4. Select Reset Password from the dropdown.
  5. Click on Approve.

Once approved, a reset-password email will be sent to the user. The user should follow the instructions on the email to reset his password.
